1. Definitions

"TXLPXL" refers to the operator of this website. "Buyer" refers to the person or company purchasing a photo through the website. "Product" refers to the digital photo offered on the website. "License" refers to the right of use granted upon purchase of a product.

2. Offers and pricing

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. TXLPXL reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment provider Mollie. After payment, you will receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and Bancontact.

4. Delivery and download

After successful payment, the product is delivered digitally via a download link. This link is valid for 7 days and can be used up to 3 times. It is the buyer's responsibility to download and safely store the file within this period.

5. License and usage rights

Upon purchase, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license is granted for the use of the photo for both personal and commercial purposes. Permitted uses include: websites, social media, presentations, print materials, and advertisements. Not permitted: resale or redistribution of the original file, offering the photo as part of a competing stock photo service, or claiming copyright ownership of the photo.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the download has been made available, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds after download are therefore not possible. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at hello@txlpxl.com. We will work together to find an appropriate solution.

7. Intellectual property

All photos on TXLPXL are protected by copyright. The photographer retains copyright at all times. Upon purchase, you acquire only a usage license, not ownership of the photo.

8. Liability

TXLPXL is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. TXLPXL does not guarantee that the website will be available and error-free at all times.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Amendments

TXLPXL reserves the right to amend these terms. The most recent version is always available on the website. In the event of material changes, existing customers will be informed.
